On the last weekend of October 2017, friends that we met in 3 weeks trip crossed U.S.A from 2013 U.S. State Department visitor program called IVLP-International Visitor Leadership Program, the program is call “ASEAN: Connecting Sustainable Communities Through New Media” with representative from 9 ASEAN countries; Brunei, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam and Thailand after the trip we keep connection and visit each other sometime.
Since all of us share many things in commons So 27 – 29 October 2017, we did first reunion in Singapore!!
Why Singapore
The main reason because 2 of our friends live there and Singapore is a center of regional. Every one easy to travel in as well as it good for a weekend trip.
What we did in Singapore !
Have fun! find for local food and coffee, picnic, movie, pool table and enjoy the city. Highlight for me are picnic at Singapore Botanic Garden, Chilly Crab at Dempsey, 3 Srikandi movie by Iman, super quick Singapore National Art Gallery tour and my birthday cake, thanks my friends 🙂
Why everyone so fun
– 8 from 9 of us can join almost all of us excepted Thyda this time – Remy and Szeee design the itinerary with new and unseen and local places – Sharing of friendship – Various activities – Good food – Happy with photos – Transport is easy – Leadership of everyone to make things happen
What we plan next
Bali (2018) and again for another years.
So far I can say this is the best weekend of this year. You can see everyone smile!
